Gladwin County Disaster Resources

As effects from the unfortunate 2020 dam failures and subsequent flooding continue to impact our community, a coalition of philanthropy, government, educational, and business partners have come together to provide a collective response to disasters in Gladwin County. This site serves as a centralized disaster resource hub for the community. Here, you can obtain updates on flooding news, volunteer opportunities, ways you can help and more.

RESPONSE FUNDS
The Gladwin County Community Foundation has established the Gladwin County Relief Fund. Click here to donate. If you are from an organization wanting the funds to be used for a specific purpose or geographic region, this must be noted with your donation.

Funds will be distributed from the Foundation to Mid Michigan Community Action Agency (MMCAA). Funds will be distributed by MMCAA using our already developed platform to the community. To the best of our ability, funds will not be used for things that might be covered by other grant agencies and relief efforts that may be forthcoming.
